 These are the days that a fitness effort suffers. Long work days, a daughter’s wedding, stressful times for my wife and me. The past two days I have worked 18 hours each day. Fortunately, the weight gain from the past week has not changed, thank goodness. The next few days will remain busy….gonna be challenging.
