Cherry Salsa


With our Bountiful Baskets goodies, Julianne had some great ingredients for a first time try at Cherry Salsa.

Basically, 2 1/2 cups of fresh pitted cherries, which were pulsed in blender and then mixed with a tablespoon of sugar.


Then, she chopped half of a small red onion, half a bunch of cilantro, juice from one lime, a teaspoon of salt and one Hungarian pepper (we didn’t have any fresh jalapeño peppers)

Another keeper!!
