Fitness Challenge Day 38 – Some Days Just Get Too Busy



 It seems like no matter what journey you are on or what kind of goals you may have, some days just get too busy to succeed. Yesterday was one of those days.

Julianne had lots of work and was tied up with the graduation for the college of pharmacy at the University of Kentucky. As a result I was tied up schedule wise into having to wait for her until 830 at night. So I did work at the office while I waited for her.

As for me, things are starting to go into full gear with the great American fitness challenge. And this is keeping me very busy at the office and it is also getting very exciting!


Breakfast Oatmeal

As a result, there’s not much to report about yesterday. I did not get much in the way of a walk yesterday, and I also did not eat as well as I should have. I did not cheat, I just did not eat. I had an apple for breakfast and then my breakfast oatmeal I had for lunch. I had some corn on the cob and another Apple later in the afternoon and then finally two pieces of bread and fresh mango for dinner. That was it yesterday.

 Yesterday was the last day for reduced rates to participate with Team Sumoflam at the Great American Fitness Challenge. The events are on June 13, so still plenty of time to register!
