Naan-Vegan Tacos

This is our own concoction, a kind of vegan Navajo tacos…

Instead of fry bread, we used Naan, an Indian bread ( as in India, not American)

We covered it with Hormel’s vegetarian chili, some HOT El Paso enchilada sauce, then covered with yellow and red tomatoes, green onions, lettuce, bell peppers, Ortega chilies and fresh avocados.
