On the menu today – Simplicity

Simplicity was on the agenda today. Boxed cereal ( a mixture of a number of products) with Almond milk for breakfast. Leftover vegan fettuccine for lunch ( Amazingly good served cold!!!) for dinner a simple 15 bean soup from a package. Cooked all day.

We got the beans from Aldi


Julianne added onions, celery, carrots, garlic and red bell peppers. We also threw in a can of fire roasted tomatoes. A couple of slices of bread on the side with fat free apple butter. A nice simple meal.
