Start of week 3 – Some Success Stories

Today begins day 15. I weighed myself today and I am at my first goal weight of 450 pounds!! Next level is 440. A little at a time.

My knee pain and sciatica have taken a bit of a break, so I am writing from the gym after walking a mile. Resting before I do 100 crunches!!

Yep, me sweating after a mile walk. That’s 8 laps at Urban Active. I am going to increase one lap each day.

Now that’s progress!!
