Walked a mile in my shoes ( actually a little more)

The last couple of days I have been so tired and run down. Not sure why. But, I made it to LA Fitness with Julianne and walked. My goal was a mile again since I hadn’t done anything since last week. Instead I walked a mile and a quarter – 10 laps!! I was winded and knee hurt, but no sciatica pain,

Gonna do 100 crunches and some upper body lifting. Then, home for breakfast!
